This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our AI video generation iOS application.

Information We Collect

Photos

• We collect photos that you explicitly upload for video generation and only use them for generating an Effect of your choice
• We do not store your photos or videos
• Cropped versions of your photos are processed by our AI service provider (PiAPI) for video generation
• Generated videos are stored on your device and at our AI service provider for 24 hours (to allow downloading them to your device after processing has been finished)

Payment Information

• All payments are processed directly by Apple through Apple Pay
• We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information

How We Use Your Information

• Your photos are only used to generate AI videos from your photos
• Apple handles processing of in-app purchases through Apple Pay

Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We only share data with the following service providers:

• PiAPI: photos for AI video generation processing
• Apple: for authentication and payment processing

Data Retention

• Photos and generated videos are only stored for the duration required for their processing and download
• You can delete all your data from your device by deleting an app
